So i just found out that Beacon has a heart problem. Beacon is a 26 (almost 17) year old hano/TB/qh gelding who i used to shareboard. He has something called Atrial Fibrillation. Dr. Hoffman explained that his heart sounded like shoes in a dryer. His heart rate is normal at this point, but dr. hoffman said it could lead to congestive heart failure. He is going New Bolten Center tomorrow morning. Pray for Mr. Beacon.

Ok, so on sunday I took Rocco to a Hunter Pace along with Nina, Debbie, and Lindsay. Rocco was really good. But lets start before the hunter pace took place. So i was riding Rocco in my lesson, cuz I lease him now. He has a pretty big rushy problem over fences that I am trying to fix. Anyway. I warmed him up walk/trot/canter, and tryed to keep my leg steady throughout each w/t/c. And also my hands. After warming up w/t/c we jumped around a little. Friday: On Friday i rode Rocco. He was fairly good. I walked him up to the indoor ring, cause we had just gotten a thick layer of snow, in october... lol. I didn't want to ride him up because i didn't know how slipperey it would be. So when i got to the ring, I did my stirrups, and attempted to mount. So you know how I rode Rocco the other day? well, i love him, and i thought he would be a better horse for me, and he is. So, we started leasing him!! I don't have any pictures of him yet, so i will get some asap!! He is a Chestnut/Sorrel Appendix who is 16.1hh. I love him to death!! He is only 6, but he is more of a challenge. I love him so much!

So today i went to SO for a little, just to hang out. But, I started to talk to lindsay about making up a lesson, and Lindsay wanted me to join nina and gillians, which was that day. So, i said yes. So today lindsay rode with me during my lesson. We warmed up w/t in the ring, and she took me out of the ring, and we went to a HUGE field. We galloped thorugh there, and then walked up to the woods. I had the best lesson ever with Tee Belle Today!! ijumped her 3 foot!!!!!!!!!!!!I Its was amazing. I warmed her up over a 2 foot vertical. She has turned in to a jumper, she likes to gallop her courses and stuff. so we worked on getting her to slow down, but jump the jumps nicely. She was responding really well to me. I went out to So today for a lesson. I found out that a drunk driver crashed at the barn... Lol. So, i tacked beacon up and rode up to the ring. I warmed up W/T/C while waiting for Lindsay to come. Today we trailered out to grange fair grounds, for a horse show!!! We left at 6:30 am, because we were taking 2 loads of horses, and the fair grounds are 45 minutes away from the barn. I went out to Standing Ov, today.. I rode beacon. I groomed him and tacked him up, and rode to the ring. When I got to the ring, we (gillian and Nina and me) decided to go to the indoor. So. Today i went out to the barn. its not my day to ride, but Lindsay wanted to go to the game lands. I took sony. She's a 4 year old Appaloosa mare. okay, so today we went to Huntington Horse show!! It was a pretty big show today, but beacon and I did amazing. I rode 3 different horses. Beacon, Bentley, and Jimbo!! My First class was #1, working hunter. You had a chose of doing a 2' course, "2'6", or 3 foot. I chose 2'. Just cause it is my second course in a show!! I had lesson yesterday on Beacon. The ring was pretty crowded, (3 Horses already) and Lindsay and I were riding together for my lesson. So, we warmed up walking, then trotting and then we did an intro dressage test. Today I went out to SO for my lesson. I am showing on Wednesday night at 5:30. we are going to harrisburg (well, almost to harrisburg!) for the show. So, I went out to Standing Ovation today. I went out at 5 even though I had a lesson at 7:15. I sat around, groomed Ginger, Talked to Andrea, Lauren, and Sophia and then I started getting Beacon ready. So on Friday I went out to the barn. I rode beacon of course. I decdied to ride in the field. So i warmed him up w/t/c. Then After i did w/t/c, i worked on picking up the right canter lead from the walk. He sometimes does it great, but picks up the wrong lead. I try to get him collected and up hill.
