I am Danielle and I have a 15.3hh Thoroughbred Mare named Carrin.
She is my life and my world.
I have been riding since I moved to North Carolina which was 7 years ago.
I have had Carrin for about a year and started eventing immedietly.
We are currently going Beginner Novice.
I love my mare to death and would do anything for her.
She makes me feel like the luckiest person alive.

Markings: Star with a strip, snip and white bottom and lower lips, like lipstick...haha, diva. A sock and a cornet band also.
Discipline: Eventing, beginner novice right now, she's pretty green.
Favorite Treats: Basically everything, but she really likes soft peppermints.
Vices: hm...she has a permament bump on her knee. I named it Fredrick. lol. It will never effect her though.
Quirks: Carrin Is the ultimate diva. She is me in horse form, like exactly, it's so weird. She always has to have my attention. She will walk to the feed room after me and just stand outside of it to wait for a handful of feed, she knows she's not allowed in.

At 1:00am on May 16, 2008, Brooke said…: o that is so exciting! im jealous... my horse only functions in dressage if he gets to jump! he love jumping. well im not going prelim at the next show though! we had a show last weekend and our dressage was bomb! earning us 4th (though i think he didnt really like my horse and we could have gotten better). we eliminated x-country at the coffin ditch. entirely my fault!!! i just let his nose sink down and he stopped and i fooled around so we got 3 refusals. but he was running like a champ. i just need to show my trainer i can ride a more aggresive ride (which i totally can) to go prelim. so one or 2 more shows and then it is ours!!!!
