Great posture, and straight back, you want more weight in your heels and lower leg, and remember to give with your hands and follow the horses mouth :-)
heels down, relax your back into the saddle, put your hands down, and the reason he carries his head so oddly is because you're constantly pulling him back, so just give him some neck freedom and let him canter on. you could also just put your hands down, keep your reins the same length, but don't pull on the bit, and give him a few half halts to get his head down.
It isn't easy to remember all the posture sometimes we just forget dont we?, Well Heels Down or Toes Up. Because when you're toes are up you're heels are down you see? Sit stright, Relax give and take with the reins. Look ahead of you and where you are going,
You look great but just remember loose elbows and that may help with his head and heels down! you never grow out of people saying that no matter how long you ride for :)
My favorite's are Fjords, QH's, and Trakehner's.
